Usually within 1–3 business days. During peak season slots fill fast — book as early as you can to lock in your preferred date and time.
Let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours are no problem. Less than 24 hours notice carries a $50 fee.
No. Garages, closets, and extra storage rooms are not photographed unless specifically requested. We focus on the spaces that sell the home.
We have a preparation checklist you can download and share directly with your sellers. It covers every room and takes the guesswork out of it.
You'll get a delivery email within 24 hours of the shoot end time. It contains a link to your personal secure portal. If it's your first time, a password will be included.
Example: shoot at 11AM + 1 hour travel/shoot time = photos in your inbox by 12PM the next day.
Check your spam folder first — delivery emails occasionally land there.
If it's not there, it's likely one of these: the email on file is incorrect, or the invoice has an outstanding balance. Confirm both with us at time of booking.
High-resolution JPEGs, optimized for MLS and web use. Need a different format or resolution? Just let us know — we'll accommodate.
Up to one year. Your listings stay organized in your portal so you can access them anytime during that window.
Twilight — A real shoot that takes place approximately one hour before sunset. Interiors are shot first, then the exterior as the light fades. Limited slots available each week — book in advance.
Virtual Twilight — A daytime exterior photo that's manually edited to look like it was taken at sunset. More accessible, no special scheduling required.
We accept credit/debit card, check, or Zelle. Payment can be made beforehand or on the day of service. We can keep a card securely on file and charge it at end of day if preferred.
Images are copyrighted by Point of View Media LLC. When you book, you receive a Temporary Usage License — you can use the images while the property is actively listed, rented, or on market.
Once the property sells, you'll need to purchase permanent usage rights to continue using them for marketing.
Images are non-transferable. The agent or client who books cannot share them with builders, designers, stagers, or other parties. Each person who needs the images must purchase their own license.
